Can’t access packs

After texting STOP PACK on several occasions, I am finally free from my old pack only to discover that on the EE app there are no options listed under packs. Add-ons all seem to appear.

I am trying to gain access to the same pack my wife uses.

I called and spoke to a lady on the phone who said my name was listed as the user, not the owner of the number. I wish I had asked who was listed as the owner as I was alone in the shop when I bought my sim. Switching from listed user to owner didn’t do the trick. Still not list of packs available to buy.

I found online somebody had a similar problem and it turned out that their PAYG sim was not compatible! Not sure how many types of PAYG sims EE has.

I need to choose an EE pack (that I know exists), but can’t afford to loose my number should I have to get another sim.

Any advise welcome.

Re: Can’t access packs

@Atslan : Can't you text ALL PACKS to 150 & follow on from that to select the pack you want? Or you can just text the pack's code to 150. What pack you want?

There is no concept of owners & users for PAYG a/c's. That's just for contracts.

Re: Can’t access packs

You should be able to see the available packs in your MyEE online, not the app.
