wrong allowances after purchase of pay as you go pack!

I bought a 7.50£ pack online under My EE account. It clearly said: 4Gb data, 250 minutes and unlimited texts. After purchase I've got confirmation of having only 2Gb, 100 minutes and 1000 texts... No chat is loading, complaint form is unreplied.

What can I do? I am leaving in 12 hours to go abroad (EU) and really need a lot of data!

Restart your device, then text BA to 150. What does it say?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Tried restart and 150 balance check: it is the same:

 

< You have 100 minutes, 1000 texts and 2.0GB remaining until 26/12/2019 for your £10 Data Pack. Your remaining data includes of rolled over data....>
