top up not registering

hi, i bought a 4GEE mini portable broadband. i’m using it for a temporary wifi. i put £25 on it, but realised that only gave me credit and need £44 for data. so i just topped up another £20, but it’s not registering that i’ve paid another £20! it’s only saying i have £25. ive got my bank receipts to say i’ve done 2 payments. can someone help please
