s to topIs Orange Top up broken

Tried 3 times to top up, using My Account are as nomral. Same registered card as always, but it simply freezes with the message - Please wait while your card issuer's
website loads here.  And goes not further.

 

Does Orange want my money????  or is it time to same au revoir??

 

Such a simple process.  I need  top up NOW!!!!

I am NEVER going to call you again. Talking to people whose first language
is NOT English DOES NOT WORK.

If this problem is not fixed VERY soon I am leaving Orange/EE. I have had
enough of this inefficiency. How am I suppose to use my phone with no
credit after 2 days??

I am guessing if I were a new customer you would be falling over each other
to help!

Why isn't that easily visible on the website?

Anyway the TEXT option does not work. Arrrrgh!

I give in. Off to Virgin store tomorrow. I simply cannot wait for this
rubbish to be resolved.

Orange/EE has gone down the pan.

IT's not that the options are not suitable

The TEXT option does not work.

I have now been to seven local ATM's - NONE of them have a top up facility.

TWO of your options do not work. Typifies EE/Orange - RUBBISH - you do not
want my money.

Hi @carrotmuseum

 

When you went to the ATM did you follow the below information,

  1. Put your bank card into the cashpoint as you would normally do to withdraw cash 
  2. Enter your PIN, then choose Mobile Top Up from the options menu 
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to top up
  4. You'll get a choice of EE/Orange

You’ll get confirmation that the top up has been successful on the cashpoint screen as well as a printed receipt, and it will be added to your phone immediately.

Now tried 7 local ATM's NONE have this option!!!

Good old Orange, never fails to let you down.

Why should i have to pay 25p to call Orange to top up?

Fortunately i am not locked to Orange.
