"Transfer" a tariff

I ordered a sim online to get a special tariff (it was an online promo, £15 for 5gb, 250mins and unlimited texts). Now I would like to change my number, is there any chance that I can transfer my tariff, my balance and so my allowances to a new EE number?

Re: "Transfer" a tariff

Hi,

@saramarg88 you need to call customer service on 150 from your EE Mobile or another provider to 07953 966 250 number.

Where you can discuss this with customer advisor, as in most cases they can transfer your number and tariff  from one EE pay as go to other pay as you number,

Many Thanks

You may change the no. of the online promo SIM that you bought, but you can't transfer the special online exclusive pack that came with that SIM to another SIM.
