problems with PAYG ee SIM card usage abroad

Hi, you still haven't made any chargeable call/text or used data since we last got in touch, so your number will be disconnected within the next 24 hours. 

 

I have received this txt message from ee regarding my  PAYG sim  which is on a monthly 5£ top up. Im currently working in Sweden and I can not make a call or send a txt with this sim even with all my allowances full txt , data, min.

 

Pleas elet me know how can I avoid disconnection.

You need to make a chargeable call or text. You are in the EU and PAYG Sims have roaming activated.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

@azmon82 : If you are actually topping up £5 every month then you won't be disconnected & should not have received this warning. Top-ups count as chargeable actions.
