Has anyone had a problem with buying an add-on recently?
I am in the U.S. and about to travel to The Netherlands and Norway. I'm trying to buy a 3Gb add-on and when I enter my payment information and click "Continue" the page just refreshes and wipes out the CVV code.
I've tried in both the app and via web browser. Since I won't be passing through the UK on this trip I can't stop and a store to top up.

Thanks for the reply.
I was able to top-up via the 0800 number yesterday and purchase my add-on.
I just found the web page behavior odd that it would just refresh and present no error when I entered my card details.
