I've had this pay as you go sim now for a few months, and purchased it from store with £10 credit...(didn't have the option of not buying credit)
Just put it in to my old phone as I've just got an upgrade and it's saying "no service"
ive check the phone and it's registering that it has a sim and even showing me that it has the correct phone number.
whats going on and how can I rectify this?

Hello @Charlielove0 how long ago did you buy the SIM card? EE PAYG SIM cards deactivate if they are not registered, topped up or used within a certain time. Here a link containing more information on the EE PAYG hibernation process. :):
