new PAYG Sim double data not present in the account, I should have 10GB, not 5

Hi all, 

 

I ordered a sim with the 15£ package that should have double data promotion, meaning 10 GB instead of 5GB. Now, after entering into my account I see only 5GB. Why is that?

I'll write the important parts: 

 

you have 500 minutes, unlimited texts and 5GB remaining until 25/08/2019 for your 15£ data pack.
