ive signed into my EE and no live chat link ever shows up.
i cancelled my account recently with my 30 days notice. But I'd like my account to be changed to pay per use as I'll still need this number on visits over the next few months.

@Dcvalmont. You will need to call customer services to do this. And call asap as you have gave notice on your account.
