how can I cancel a pack on pay as you go? I don't want it to recur automatically

My pay as you go pack is set to recur on the 5th of September but i will be out of Europe for the month. I want to cancel it for that month - how do i do this online?

@kat_silvera: Text STOP PACK to 150 & restart it when you get back.

 

Or just don't have enough credit on 5 Sept to buy it & top-up when you get back. so you can buy it then.

If i top up again in October, will it only start back from that date? Or will it try and charge for September as well?

It will just start from the date the credit is enough to buy it. There is no back-dating. You may always take a break from a Pack.
