I purchased a new pack as my current pack run out of data 3 days before renewal.
I did this as it was advertised that the pack could be activated earlier if texting now to 150.
I have done so and I still have no data, I have less minutes and less texts and renewal date is in a month.
Would anybody be able to advise?

To give a bit of background I have been on a £10 everything pack for a couple of years allowing me with boost to get 2Gig of extra Data some extra text and call as well.
I had 3 gig of data, used it all got offered to buy a new pack early and activate it [picked the £5 everything as it would give me 2.1 Gig with the boost I accumulated]
You know the rest, 0 Gig of data now and base text and calls on a £5 pack that expires in a month.

You've lost all your boosts. If you change to a £5 30 day pack from a £8 & above 30 day pack you lose any free boosts earned previously.
If you buy a 30-day £5 pack and change to any other pack or vice versa, you’ll lose any Free Boosts you’ve earned.

I wish this was displayed as a clear caveat on the site where advertised before I clicked then. I am really worse off through the whole process. Can this be reverted somehow?
