data pack cancellation

hi

i mistakenly cancelled my 30 day 15 pounds data pack which i subscribed on thursday, now i have neither internet nor minutes to call. how can i get it working again?

@Musarh: By stopping your pack you don't just stop it there & then but you stop it renewing when it comes to expire. Just text its code, DP15, to 150 to start it up again.

i did as you said, but they are still telling me to buy a new data pack. does that mean i have lost all my previous Data, mins and text?

it says my current balance as of today 20:48 is 0.00. and my last top up was 15.0 0n 03/01/2019.
