can't see usage history

Does anyone else have this problem?

 

I keep an android phone with a PAYG for 'Orange' /EE as an emergency phone for when my normal provider's network is down.  Data is restricted, and the phone isn't doing anything.  In fact it hasn't been used since the last top-up some months ago.

 

I've recently checked the account and all my credit has gone, but apparently more than 30 days ago, as it's not showing on my usage history.  I want to find out how it was spent (without my knowledge) so I can sort out whatever the phone is doing in the background.

 

Can anyone help?  Or do I just file it under 'EE keep sneaking my money' ?

@purplemaria: How long ago was it last used? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

I think that might be it! The last text I sent was back in February , which over the 6 months. Still means I don't know if the phone was doing something I was unaware of in the background though.

When did you top-up? That counts as well. Even if it was last used in Feb. you might just be able to phone CS to reactivate it & get your credit back.
