Overseas top up numbers not working

Add ons

I have pay as you go mobile with EE.   Up until this month have always been able to buy add on minutes.  Keeps coming up with ERROR ADD ONS fixing this page.   I have plenty of credit.    Surely somebody at EE an sort this out.

Disconnection notice

Just got a text advising mobile will be disconnected in 24 hours as I haven't used calls/text.  I topped up 3 months ago and sent text yesterday will this stop the disconnection ???

How do I activate subscription pack?
