Resolved! International texts do not send - error 28

Recently got an EE Sim card PAYG for my phone. Unlimited texts. However, anytime I attempt to send an international text to cell number I know that work normally, I get a failed to send - error 28.Any ideas?

I have just purchased a £10 per month pay as you go sim with 8gb of data however it states 30gb for the first 3 months then 8gb. The 30gb is not reflecting. Please help.
