automatically put on a bundle i do not want on my new ee sim

i have bought a new EE sim and topped up £10. They automatically took the £10 and put on a bundle i do not want. Is there a way to cancel the bundle and i get my £10 credit? i have not used any data/mins/texts from the bundle as of yet.

Re: automatically put on a bundle i do not want on my new ee sim

All EE PAYG SIMs come with a pre-installed pack of allowances awaiting to be bought when you have sufficient credit. You needed to have texted STOP PACK to 150 before you topped up to prevent that. You could ask EE to reverse it but it was an integral part of the product you got.

You would have selected the pack when you ordered it or have it stated on the packaging if you bought it in a shop.

Hello @Moneyoungs sorry to hear you are having problems with the wrong pack activating on your new SIM. Due to this being a public user forum access to accounts is not allowed to query this through here, for top up and pack queries please call customer service on 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who can access the account and check/correct your pack for you. 🙂
