Why was I charged 40p when I still had data, texts & minutes in my ee pack?

Hello,

 

I have been charged 40p for no reason.

One moment, I had £10 credit, 77 mins, 480MB, and unlimited texts. 36minutes later, I have 77mins, 354MB, unlimited texts, but only £9.60. Where did the money go?

 

I even had a reward pack for topping up before a certain date which supposedly gives me unlimited texts data and calls. Can somebody please help me? This is not the first time I've lost money randomly.

@iisfunky: You sent a Picture Msg (MMS), cost 40p each. These are not counted as texts & are not included in your text allowance.
