Text AL to 150. It may have been used for a pack.

Thank you. How can I use £5 every month for data, texts and minutes?

If it's just £5 text EP5 to 150 for the £5 Everything Pack of 50 mins, 250 texts & 150 MB data per month. Other more expensive bigger packs are available.

What nos. (1st 5 digits) are you trying to call?

What does texting AL to 150 tell you exactly about your allowances?

Hi @ZTUNER733

From what you've said, it seems that you have an active pack.

Your original £5 may have went towards paying for that.

If you're in doubt, I recommend speaking to customer services.

Let me know how you get on. 🙂
