Why is my £10 Data pack not being processed?

I just got a new sim card set to the £10 data pack.  I followed all instructions as shown on the leaflet - I inserted it into my phone and topped up £10.

Now ive done that and now its not processing the top up into the £10 data pack. 

 Ive even set up a my account and selected the 'choose' option against my pack and chose to pay for it with the 'pay with top up' option but nothing happens and it just keeps on showing £10.00 in my balance.  Its not even showing as an activated pack either.  Whats going on?
