My speed is slow. Why? I thought it was going to be fast. Why does it cost money for customer service? I want to remove content lock through them too.

If you are pay as you go, then it will cost you 25p per call, no matter how long you are on the phone to EE customer service, but customers on monthly contract do not pay.
You can also find an 0800 number when clicking on contact us.

Yes I have just joined EE in hopes I would get faster internet speed but am getting 9mb down. I hope 5g comes out soon.

@erocute The Moto C is capable of
HSPA, LTE Cat4 150/50 Mbps but I’ve done some digging and I found this.
£10 packs and below (with a WHITE data amount ) are standard 4G up to 20mb
£15 packs and above (with a YELLOW data amount ) are double speed 4G up to 60mb
Data add-on speeds match whichever pack you have at the time.
so if your using a £10 pack and your getting around 9mb is not a bad as what you think it is.

I am actually on a £15 pack though. Hopefully speeds improve for me. It needs to be more clear about speeds on the website I think. If definitely pay more for your speeds. Thanks for the helpful information.
