Why has my pack and add on been cancelled?

So i purchased a £1 data pack and a 100mb week add on yesterday and today ive woken up to a message that they have both been cancelled? Not the first time EE have done this to me, however this is one time too many whilst still taking my credit, very angry! Any answers as to why please?

Hello @Haych11 this does sound very strange, I have not heard of packs or add ons being canceled by EE before. They should only be removed from the account when they have either been used up or expired.

 

To get this looked in to please call customer service on 150 from an EE mobile or landline or 07953 966 250 from any other who have access to accounts. 🙂
