Hi @Gregmac79,

We don't have account access here on community to see what has changed on your account.

For you to contact us  when on pay as you go it is 25p for the call, not per min 🙂

What does texting AL to 150 tell you about your boosts?

Hi @Gregmac79,

Welcome to the community 🙂

Was it a data pack that was added that isn't showing on your allowance?

Has the credit been taken for the pack?

Do you know when the pack was due to renew?

Re: Why are my free boosts not showing?

Topped up as normal. Had a message telling me I had used 80% of data, which i checked and noticed said used so much of 1.5gb allowance but my allowance should be 6.5gb with all my free boosts. Now find that to talk to customer service would cost me 25p a min but I am pay as you go!
