When I call 150 to top up, they say I am out of credit and then disconnect

When I calln 150 to top up with a voucher, I am told I am out of credit and the call is disconnected.  The reson I am trying to top up is I am out of credit!

How to top up caling 150 disconnects due to lack of credit?  I have a valid voucher, but cannot use it to top up as 150 disconnects duje to no credit?

Why don't you apply the voucher by the text service? Just text VO 16-digit-voucher-no to 150?

Did not work, screen message was "message not sent", saved to outbox.  Not very helpful

Suggestion did not work, is there a phone number a reliative can call to use my voucher to update my phone?

Do you have signal on your phone?

 

The text should still send for you and not go to your outbox if you have no credit.
