What should I do if the payment is wrong?

I bought a £15 pack, but the payment was made twice.

What should I do? I have to get a £15 refund.

Contact CS on 150 and they will be able to help.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
