I bought a new phone today and was told I was given £20 credit as a good will gesture due to some confusion during purchase. However my account says I only have £10 worth of credit. On the end of my receipt it says '£10 Free Credit 60 days'. Is this the missing £10? If so where is it?
Hello @CharC sorry to hear you have only received £10 of the credit so far. Try texting the code AL to 150 to see if the other £10 has been used to buy/activate an EE PAYG pack. You can also check the status of any packs on your account using this link from your phones data (not WiFi) connection:
If there is no pack and the credit still has not loaded after 24hrs please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other (lines open at 8am) who can access your account and look into this for you. 🙂
