Here is some further information our our E top-up card from our ways to top up help and support pages.


When you get your phone or SIM card, we also give you an E top-up card. With E top-up, you can top up at more than 100,000 shops across the country.


Just look out for the green logo @XRaySpeX has posted.


Top up using E top-up


  1. Specify how much you'd like top up (between £5 and £50 in £5 increments) 
  2. Your E top-up card will then be swiped and the amount added to your card  

We’ll text you to confirm that your top-up has been added to your phone.


Helpful information: Your E top-up card holds no personal information and is only linked to your phone so no one else can use it.
