Since the app updated I have been unable to switch accounts within the app. When I logged in online I had 'there is a problem, we're trying to sort it ' etc. It also says my device is unknown. Spoke to customer services yesterday, meant to be sorted within 24 hours. 26 hours later it's still the same.

Try uninstalling it and then download it again.

The graphic & name of the device is purely cosmetic & does not affect the use of it or MyEE.
