Topped up wrong number twice now no money or credit to ring ee help please

I topped up on 29th of November and 5th December 2018 and then realised IV topped up wrong number twice and no money or credit in my own phone how do I get it back?

PAYG credit is normally not refundable but you could try & phone CS to get it back as you made a mistake.

Thanks but I can't as it costs 25p a minute and no money or credit to ring them I don't have house phone either

Hi ring 0800 956 6000 opt 2 opt 4 it will get you through to someone for free it should work from your payg phone.
