Topped up but my phone still isn’t working

I got a promotional text and agreed to one of the special offers, I topped up my phone and it said the payment was successful and the pack is active however my phone still isn’t working and the EE app is saying I have no packs

If it is not showing then customer service have access to accounts to check your recent top ups and purchases and can assist further:
