**Orange Top-Up Problem**
I know this is the wrong forum location but I can't find a relevant one!
I've tried to top-up my PayAsYouGo Orange sim. It's not credited. My bank has confirmed it's been authorised. I can't call orange to discuss it as it cost 25p and I only have 19p credit! I've been looking for other ways, eg email or chat, to get in contact but no luck.

Hello @Gran you should still be able to contact Orange customer service on 07973 100 450 from any other phone. You will need the mobile number you are calling about to hand. 🙂

Thanks for that. Is there any other way to contact them? I happen to be travelling at the moment and I don't have access to another phone or anyone else I know to use their phone!

Hello @Gran there is not no I am sorry. You can try the freephone number 0800 079 0006 using option 2 but you would need to call up there is no email/online chat for Orange PAYG. 🙂
