Top up

Why do I keep getting messages to top up when I have given my card details to take payments out monthly .This will be my first monthly payment . Do not want my phone cut off in next few days

Have you set a direct debit up or a reoccurring payment?

Hi I did set up recurring payment .U have now top up on my phone so do not no what has happened.Thankyou

Yes it does say that . But have now top up using my card . As I need my phone for work
