An older person (who lives over 300 miles away) decided her old top up card looked a bit worn, so she went to the post office with a new one she'd found in her phone box and topped up £10. The post office said she then needed to register the card to her phone. After about 30 minutes of talking her through how to send a text message to 150, she finally sent ETU space and the 13 numbers off the card to 150. She promises me she got the numbers right, but she has had a message back saying the card is already registered. Is the only way round this to go into an EE shop. If you call 150 there is no option to speak to a person and the automated system just confuses her. I'm miles away so can't go fix it, so i was hoping I could sort it online or over the phone. Any help much appreciated.
