Top Up Voucher will not go on

Yesterday, I went to Wilko and bought a top up of £10 for EE (This was the first top up that I have done.) I tried to put it on later that day as I bought on the way to a party, so I didn’t have the chance to put it on then. It said put in the 16 digit voucher number but I saw that there was only a 13-digit voucher number. I also notice that the receipt says Toggle Mobile Top-Up Voucher and not EE.... Any ideas of what could have gone wrong and if I can get a refund?

You have to go back to the store you purchased from.

 

But I doubt they will refund it as you should have checked at time of purchase it said EE.

 

For every £1 a paypoint or payzone retailer loes on these they have to make £100 just to make back the losses.

 

Go and speak to the Manager and see where you can go as EE can't help you as Toggle Mobile is nothing to do with them.
