Seeing as the UK T-Mobile website is now closed and the card I had attached to it to top up from my phone has now expired, the only way to top up was to go to an EE shop and let them do it, but due to the lockdown that's not possible now as EE has closed all it's stores! I've stayed on a T-Mobile PAYG SIM as I only text mainly and never call due to the cost, so never had any monthly contract and I only top up £20 once every 3 months or so!
So what options do I have to top up my T-Mobile SIM?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Try Fast Top Up or an ATM.

I tried the Fast Top Up a few weeks ago but it didn't like my number! However, now I have created an EE account and registered my number, I tried it again just now and it actually worked, so now I should be able to Top Up whenever!
Thanks very much!

As suggested, set-up EE account and registered my pay as you go T mobile number but still won't let me top up on line.

Hi @MCH1
Thanks for coming to the community.
Sorry T-Mobile online account access is no longer available, you can still access your account by calling or texting 150.
Have you tried to top up using Fast Payment here?
Thanks.
Leanne 🙂
