Switching pay as you go

My phone contract expires on 12 February 2019  and I would like to switch pay as you go can I keep my number please?

@Mvas: Phone EE to terminate your contract and transfer it to PAYG.

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

If you give EE a call on the weekend you will be able to give 30 days to notice to cancel and move your number to EE payg.

I phoned 150 last month to end my 24 month contract and switched to pay as you go and told them I want to keep my number but I forgot to ask if they are going to send me a new SIM card.
