Residual 3.89 in my account.

I have a £5 per month account and with my bonus minutes every 3 months this has built up to 350 mins which is ample for my needs.

Problem is that there is a permanent residual balance amount of £3.89 in my account from when I opened the account some years ago. My minimum top up is £5 which means that I cannot use this £3.89.  On speaking to customer services they tell me that unless I spend it on extras I cant use it up.

As I have no need or intention of purchasing extras this will be there forever.

How can I sleep at night?

Hi @Dek1

Welcome to the community. 🙂

You never know, there may be an add-on that becomes available that you'll get some use out of.

Otherwise, the credit will stay on your account and will be there in case you do need to use out of allowance calls or texts.
