Renew a pack

Am just wondering if I can renew my pack before it ends as I have no data to go on holiday with and it renews when I get back?

Re: Renew a pack

@Sha8 : Buy the pack you want & then text NOW to 150.

What exactly does texting AL to 150 report?

Re: Renew a pack

Hi there @Sha8

Thanks for coming to the community.

Where are you going on holiday?

If you want to start your new pack early you can text NOW to 150, does this work for you?

You'll lose any call or text allowances from your current pack.

Speak soon 🙂

Leanne.

Re: Renew a pack

Blackpool and it’s the same pack I have been on since I started with EE.

It’s the £10 everything pack with 500 MB, 250 minutes and unlimited text. I have nothing left and it renews on the 10th March.

Re: Renew a pack

Texting AL to 150 shows me what I have left in my pack and the day it’s due to renew.

Re: Renew a pack

Text EP10 to 150 followed by NOW to 150.

Re: Renew a pack

Will it keep all my boosts that my pack has given me?

Re: Renew a pack

Yes, you don't lose Boosts unless you switch to a diff duration pack.
