You can't! It's been too long. You've lost the no. which has probably been given out again.

@Sandrab: When did you last use it? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use but may be reactivated by phoning EE within a further 3 months.

Welcome to the EE Community.

 

As mentioned by @XRaySpeX earlier on, after 6 months of inactivity, the number goes into hibernation.

 

Here are the hibernation steps:-

 

  1. If you do not make a chargeable call, send a text or access data within 120 days we will contact you via text to let you know when the process has started.
  2. After this if you have not made a chargeable action within 179 days we will place your account into ‘Hibernation’. This will remove any credit you have remaining.
  3. If you Contact Us within 90 days following this, we can re-instate your number and re-add your credit.
  4. After 273 days, we will recycle your number and any credit along with the number will be lost.
