Re: What is pay as you go and flex hibernation, and how do I stop it?

Hi.  How do i find out if my number has been recycled?  I really can't remember if I've had chargeable activity within the timescales you mention!

Thanks.

@sjcarter48  If you’ve not use it for 3 months it will going to hibernation you then get a further three months to then call customer services to get it reactivated.  You’ll need to call customer services to find out if it can be reactivated and you stop it from going into hibernation you need to make a chargeable call within three months.

@sjcarter48 : When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
