Question on Free Boosts

I've been buying 7 day PAYG packs for a while and have accumulated five 'Extra 10 Minutes' Boosts.

 

I don't usualy use the phone a lot, so have not really noticed this before, but the current status of the five '10 Extra minute' Boosts is 'Pending'.

 

What i am assuming is that when you use up the allocations of one or more Boosts in a 7 day period they go to Pending and are then added back (all of them) when your next 7 day pack starts.

 

Is this correct?   

 

I spent 1/2 an hour on live chat trying to get someone to explain but didn't get anywhere.

Yes, but remember if you switch to a 30-day pack ever you lose all your boots.
