Hi i top-up today my EE account online 25£ and i don't have a this money on my EE account ???

I have a problem with my top-up, where is my 25£

Please i ask from yesterday i top up with my bank card my EE account and i don't have a money on EE ACCOUNT money but from bank my money is gone , so please what's going on ?!

I have only messages from 150 that tmr is finish my pack and i need top-up my account but i didnyesterday and i don't have this monet on my EE account

I need ant number to call someone ask where is my 25£ from EE ACCOUNT ?!?!?!

I need any number to call someone can help me to got my money because i top-up yesterday 25£ and from bank koney is gone but on EE ACCOUNT IS NOT MONEY

If you already have an active pack on your account when you top up this will repurchase the pack linked to your number, no balance will show.

 

What pack did you previously have?

 

How much did you top up?

All the tine problem with top-up

I try drom sunday get my money on my ee account so please this is really not nice i top up 25£ from bank money is gone in Ee account i don't have a this money this is really enough i am not gonna continue pay money for this conpany!!!

Problem with top-up

I send a few minutes ago opinion about bad condition ee company because i try from sunday find my 25£ on ee account money is gone from bank in account is not money i am not gonna continue write all the time messgaes i tey call yesterday a few times to company this is like a playing with kids is not nice get money and is no money no pack on my account i am gonna change company !!!

I call i send messages i finish my pack and still my 25£ is gone this is so annoing and look like fun with customers i am gonna finish pay for ee company got money from bank but on EE Account is zero !

@Mariza: What's the point of posting all over the place with the same query? It's already been answered many times. You won't get any different answers quicker & it's against Forum Guidelines.
