Please i ask from yesterday i top up with my bank card my EE account and i don't have a money on EE ACCOUNT money but from bank my money is gone , so please what's going on ?!

What pack did you previously have?

I try drom sunday get my money on my ee account so please this is really not nice i top up 25£ from bank money is gone in Ee account i don't have a this money this is really enough i am not gonna continue pay money for this conpany!!!

I send a few minutes ago opinion about bad condition ee company because i try from sunday find my 25£ on ee account money is gone from bank in account is not money i am not gonna continue write all the time messgaes i tey call yesterday a few times to company this is like a playing with kids is not nice get money and is no money no pack on my account i am gonna change company !!!

I call i send messages i finish my pack and still my 25£ is gone this is so annoing and look like fun with customers i am gonna finish pay for ee company got money from bank but on EE Account is zero !
