Problem setting up card payment for a recurring plan

TangieB
Explorer

I want to buy a £1 every 7 days recurring plan.  I cannot find the option to set up card payments though.  I can only see the option to pay from my PAYG credit.  I currently have £5 odd of credit left.  Do I have to use up the credit first to pay the £1 per week before I can switch to using my bank card to pay?

@TangieB : No. In your MyEE you should find "Set up card payments" on the initial page.

Good Morning @TangieB.

Thanks for coming to the community.

Have you been able to set up reoccurring card payments?

Speak soon,

Katie 🙂

Hi @Katie_B .  I did manage to solve the problem.  I have credit at the moment so the recurring payment is coming out of that balance at the moment.  I think when the credit runs out, the recurring payment will show the option to pay by card.

thanks.

Where is "Set up card payments" on initial page? I've searched all options and can't find it.

@Gerbil4 : Then you probably have a legacy pre-2021 PAYG SIM.

Post the landing page of your MyEE.
