Pre paid credit not there

I bought a PAYG SIM card with £10 credit but on arrival it's showing £0 and I cant even call 150 to find out why. All calls lead to a message advising me how to top up and then close automatically!

OK Don't know if you can help on another issue.
When I try to login to myee it says email / password are not recognised. As I only set up yesterday I know they are correct.
Eben if I try to change the password it says the account is temporarily unavailable whilst updating - thats lasted 15 hours now!

It said £0.00 but had changed overnight so OK.
I assumed preload was readyvto use!
