Porting in (keeping number) dead/404 page

Hello,

I was looking at porting in a number into my account from another network. However, the EE page with advice links to a dead (Error 404 page not found) page!

The advice/instructions page is here: https://ee.co.uk/business/small/help/ee-getting-started/keeping-your-number/ - which is fine, but..

The link on the page marked 'Transfer your number' is a dead link, here: https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/keeping-your-number/

..which isn't at all helpful! I wonder how many people have visited this page - found the same dead link, and then though, "I'll transfer my number elsewhere, or not bother.."

Worse still - I saw reference to this dead link in another forum message posted last year!

Not very proffessional from such a big company - and not good business sense.

So - is there an online form to enter the donar PAC and initiate the transfer?

Re: Porting in (keeping number) dead/404 page

Thank you for your prompt response.

I stand corrected, works okay in Safari, but not Google Chrome - I will test with other browsers later.

But as a web developer for over 22 years, is surprising to still find some sites/pages browser specific these days - especially from a CP.

https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/keeping-your-number/ is not 404 dead from here. What device you doing it from? Try another browser.

That is the online form.

Re: Porting in (keeping number) dead/404 page

Interesting - I will have to dig deeper, as not working on the Chrome browser I tried. So I will investigate on another machine with different browsers/versions. But judging by other responses in other posts (found via a Google search) it would seem I'm not alone.
