i have a £10 flex plan, i started with 6 GB data as it was on offer and the data has not rolled over and somehow am back to 2 GB even though i received a boost. The payments are usually taken automatically but on my account it keeps saying payment failed.
I have selected my card, re-entered it and it keeps saying it has failed. it is very frustrating, as it just is not working.

If you have data left over from your main data allowance on your last Flex plan this will roll over to your new one, you cannot roll over data from add-ons or Free Boosts.
To get this looked into give our Pay as you go Care team a call, they will check your data rollover for you and your card payments.

i got my issue looked into and it is resolved now. payment worked and i got my add-ons. 🙂
