Pay as you go charges

Hi all,

I’ve been looking at changing my pay as you go pack and noticed there are deals on. I already have the £10 everything pack and wanting to transfer to the £15 data pack. I’ve looked at the deals and they have a £15 data pack with triple data (for limited time), however, I’ve looked on my EE to transfer and doesn’t seem to come up with the same deal. It seems to be for new customers only. Does anyone know if it would just be the same for existing and new customers and just not showing and will add on automatically??

Thanks in advance

Re: Pay as you go charges

The deals you see advertised are for when you buy a new PAYG SIM with the offered deal. You can't just switch to 1 of these deals from an existing PAYG SIM.
