Pay as you go - call and text charges

Hi all,


I'm using an 073 pay as you go EE sim card that just charged me 85p for a 4 word (klkl) text and 35p on a missed-call.


  • Both were to EE numbers


I don't feel like these charges are normal and would like some assistance on this issue as soon as possible.

Do you have a PAYG pack with mins & texts allowances remaining? What does text AL to 150 report?

No, I'm no longer on/ using a pack.


AL to 150 reports: 


"Your current balance as of today 08:30 is £3.90. Your last top up was £10.00 on 24/08/2018 at 15:10. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to MyEE."


I'll like to have this issue sorted especially with texts before I top up later today.
