Pay As You Go Top Up Wants house number. I don't have one. Won't proceed!

I have an old Orange Pay As You Go account.  When I try to Top Up the account, I get as far as 'enter your house number'. I don't have a house number!  I have entered my house name but the text insists I enter my house number. Eventually i am told that it is unable to process my request. How do I Top Up?
